About Me
As a first-generation high school graduate, queer white woman, and lifelong learner, my own journey has fueled a deep commitment to self-awareness, equity, and leadership. I’ve experienced firsthand how understanding our identities and investing in our growth builds the confidence and clarity needed to lead others—and to advocate for change.

As a scholar-practitioner with over 15 years of experience, I help individuals and teams grow by addressing leadership development, organizational dynamics, and systemic inequities. I believe strong leadership starts with honest reflection. That’s why I center my work on understanding bias, power, and positionality to help people lead with greater empathy, accountability, and purpose.
Throughout my career, I’ve facilitated workshops and trainings on leadership, inclusion, implicit bias, supervision, and conflict resolution with organizations of all sizes. My areas of expertise include:
-
Career transitions
-
Salary negotiation
-
Organizational management
-
Leadership growth
-
Supervision dynamics and decision making
-
Women’s and LGBTQ leadership
I hold a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, a Master’s in Student Affairs, and a Bachelor’s in Government. I’m a trained SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) facilitator, IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) facilitator, and have led white anti-racism caucus groups. I’ve presented at national conferences—including NASPA and NCORE—and published scholarship on whiteness, racism, and equity in higher education.

As a coach and consultant, I work with individuals navigating career transitions, job applications, workplace challenges, and leadership growth. I also support organizations in building inclusive, collaborative environments where people and teams can thrive.

Whether you’re seeking clarity in your career or leading others through change, I’m here to support your journey.
